I have recently falling in lust with webinars as my learning platform of choice, from the comfort of my own home. I have periodically flicked through Ted talks, and others online. More recently I have made a commitment to myself to accept every webinar invite (of interest) that arrives in my inbox from the many nutritional & supplement companies, laboratories and medical institutions that I follow.
Most are just one hour.
Just as I schedule time to exercise, I now schedule time to give my brain a workout and discover something new. It’s turning out to be one of the more interesting promises I have made myself.
