My Philosophy

I believe that nutrition is at the very heart of what makes us healthy. Our diet defines us. The foods we choose to eat can have either a positive or negative impact on our health.

Nutritional science aims to apply the science of food to the person, and their unique symptoms, with the goal to optimise their dietary intake and health outcomes.

My philosophy is founded on using a balanced diet with clear nutritional evidence to promote well-being. My approach is down-to-earth and practical, based on using real food to support health, and adapting lifestyle habits to promote wellness.
