Claire Sambolino MSc NTPD mBANT CNHC IFM
I am co-founder of Kalila Community, in Milan, a social enterprise dedicated to female prenatal and postnatal health.
I collaborate with the Association of Post Natal Illness to provide nutritional recommendations for their members.
I believe that nutrition is at the very heart of what makes us healthy. Our diet defines us. The foods we choose to eat can have either a positive or negative impact on our health.
Nutritional science aims to apply the science of food to the person, and their unique symptoms, to optimise their dietary intake and health outcomes.
My philosophy is founded on using a balanced diet with clear nutritional evidence to promote well-being. My approach is down-to-earth and practical, based on using real food to support health, and adapting lifestyle habits to promote wellness.
I work with clients across a broad range of health concerns with specialisation in the following areas:
Gastro-Intestinal Health (Digestion, IBD, IBS, Dysbiosis, Intestinal Permeability, Reflux )
Weight Loss & Metabolic Syndromes (Overweight, Pre-diabetes, Fatty liver, Cholesterol imbalance)
Hormonal Imbalances (dysregulated blood glucose control, Thyroid disorders, Stress and cortisol dominance, Female hormones, Fertility and Menopause).
