Working with Claire Sambolino
Our health is one of our most precious attributes and supporting health through dietary and lifestyle interventions can have a profound effect on overall well-being. We all have very individual lives and personal health concerns which differ from one another yet there are some common areas where dietary changes can help optimise health and support existing health concerns.
My approach is very down-to-earth and practical and based on using real food to support health and wellness. I’ve experienced first-hand how the demands of corporate life and continuous stress can impact on health, and how “what we eat” can help restore the balance. My philosophy is based on using a balanced diet with clear nutritional evidence to support your personal health concerns and promote well-being. Within this approach I use coaching to motivate clients towards their health goals and make effective, long-lasting changes to their health.
Booking a consultation
Once a health consultation has been booked, clients are asked to complete and return a detailed Health Questionnaire 3 days before the consultation. This enables me to study your case ahead of the consultation. The initial consultation lasts approximately 90-minutes during which time you will be asked detailed questions about your current diet and food habits, health concerns and goals, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, medical history, family history, lifestyle, levels of physical activity, and use of medication and supplements. With this information I am able to identify your individual needs and devise a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme for you which is safe and effective.
A typical plan requires a minimum 30 day commitment to enable time to implement dietary and lifestyle suggestions and experience beneficial change. I offer a range of programmes from individual taster webinars, to one-off health prevention check to review body composition and analyse current diet, to integrated 30-60-90 day programmes with weekly one-to-one support.
