Beyond this, I love cooking, am a novice gardener learning to grow more of my own produce, am mum to 2 young girls and a keen hiker, swimmer and mountaineer. I live by the same nutritional recommendations that  I share with my clients and base 80% + of my diet around healthy, colourful, variety-rich whole food ingredients.

My Philosophy

I believe that nutrition is at the very heart of what makes us healthy. The foods we eat can have a positive life-enhancing effect or impact negatively on our health and acerbate underlying symptoms.  My approach is founded on using a balanced ‘wholefood’ diet with clear nutritional evidence to promote well-being. My recommendations focus on layering up your foods to optimise the intake of beneficial nutrients to support your health, and I will also  guide you towards adapting lifestyle habits to promote additional wellness. The goal is to find the right balance for you.
