Claire Sambolino MSc NTPD mBANT CNHC
I believe that food is at the very heart of what makes us healthy. After years of working in the food industry and wishing to know more of the science behind nutrition, I took myself off to study for an MSc degree in Personalised Nutrition and evidence-based Nutritional Therapy practice. My philosophy is founded on using a balanced diet with clear nutritional evidence to promote well-being. My approach is down-to-earth and practical, based on using real food to support health, and adapting lifestyle habits to promote wellness. I specialise in areas of Metabolic Syndromes (overweight, pre-diabetic, fatty liver, high cholesterol) and digestive disturbances (GERD, IBS, Dysbiosis, Intestinal Permeability) and hormonal balance (blood glucose control, stress and cortisol dominance, female hormones and menopause).
I am a UK-trained Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I hold a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the from Centre for Nutritional Education & Lifestyle (CNELM). I am a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and professional member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). I am also a professional member of coaching organisations ANLP and Life Coach Directory
