Having health goals, initiating change and sticking to our goals is challenging. Coaching helps focus an individual on achieving their goals and motivates in potentially new and unexplored ways. From weight-loss or weight-gain to dietary and lifestyle changes, coaching gives the self-belief and structure to make change happen.

I am a qualified Dietary Educator and mix coaching techniques with dietary education to help clients better understand their behaviour towards food and the components of their diet.
